Syrasoft Internet Manager (SIM)

Syrasoft’s Internet Manager (SIM), a web enabled add on software product, allows customers/tenants to reserve units, schedule appointments to visit properties, and make payments via their property’s Internet website. The payment transactions go directly to the Syrasoft database using the existing tools in Syrasoft, the Syrasoft Automatic Credit Card Payment Processing Package, to process payments and update the Syrasoft software in real time. Consequently, owners/operators host their own business websites, while securely extending the availability of each customer’s account to the customer. They access their information in real-time while the business retains ownership of the data.

In multiple property businesses, each location’s website ties directly to its own property database software. Consequently, no central clearinghouse for payments needs to be distributed to multiple properties. Some Syrasoft clients use the Syrasoft Internet Manager Software as their actual website and some add the Syrasoft Internet Manager Software to their already existing company website.

Syrasoft’s Internet Manager provides the capability and opportunity to handle transactions without extending employee and/or business hours while extending a convenient payment alternative to customers/tenants.
