Printing or emailing either invoices or receipts to tenants is a simple operation in Syrasoft Connect.
Find the Tenant in Question
Locate the tenant whose receipt or invoice you would like to print or email in the Tenant WorkCenter. Double Click the tenant’s record to open the Tenant Window.
- The user may access the capability to print or email receipts and invoices from the Print/Email Docs screen in the Tenant Window
- Sending receipts simply requires the user to select the receipt in question from the dropdown menu and choosing Email or Print.
- If the user or tenant would like to access details of a particular receipt a Preview may be generated with the press of a button.
- The process for invoices is almost identical to that of receipts. Once the user finds the invoice in question selecting Email or Print will complete the operation.
