SyrasoftSync

  • Benefit: Owners, Main Office, and Operations Personnel can review reports and audit information in the software from a main office location. Everything happens automatically without human intervention.  While property manager should still perform data backups at each site daily, SyrasoftSyncSE uploads each data backup to the Main/Home Office automatically and becomes a daily off site backup for each remote property.  
  • Purpose: SyrasoftSyncSE automatically transfers company data from multiple properties to a Main/Home Office.  Main office personnel can access Syrasoft for any or all properties as of the end of business day yesterday.  Company information for each property is available and ready to go for viewing accounts, viewing and/or printing reports, etc.  Data is "Read-Only" at the Main/Home Office.
  • Process: SyrasoftSyncSE software is installed at each property and at the Main/Home Office. After end of the business day, at each property, SyrasoftSyncSE automatically bundles and compresses the Syrasoft data which is then uploaded to the Main Office via Internet connection. At the Main Office, SyrasoftSyncSE extracts the data into the Syrasoft folder for each property.
  • Requirements: 
    • Main Office: Desktop computer with High Speed Internet Connection, Static IP Address.  Computer must have Internet Information Services (IIS) loaded on it.   If computer has a Microsoft Windows 2000, 2003 Server, XP Pro (32-bit), or Vista Business (32 bit) operating system, it has IIS.  You can access IIS by clicking Start, Run and typing inetmgr. FTP Server Software (2).  Computer that is always powered on (aka Server).
