Pending Task WorkCenter
The Pending Tasks WorkCenter provides a dynamic listing of items that require attention. The list can be reviewed throughout the day. Items appear automatically in Pending Tasks based on the business rules associated with each topic.
Operators must check this workcenter daily for tasks that are due, including but not limited to the following:
- Pending Reservations
- Automatic Credit Card Payments
- Automatic ACH Payments
- Late Events
- Credit Cards on File Due to Expire
Clearing a Pending Task
The Pending Task WorkCenter gives operators a straight forward way to access all tasks which are currently due for review or execution.
- Select the task you wish to execute
- Click the Execute Task button
In this example the Automatic Credit Card Payments task was selected and execution brings up the Automatic Credit Card Payments window. In a full Syrasoft Connect installation the operator will be able to some, all or none of the payments shown in the window and select the appropriate documents to be printed or emailed.
