There will be times when an individual is not ready or able to commit at the time of calling the facility or coming through the front door. To that end Syrasoft Connect allows the user to log their information as a Potential Tenant. Should the individual return their record can quickly be converted into a Tenant during the Move In process saving time for both the customer and operator.
The Potential Tenant function can be found in the Tenant WorkCenter as shown below.
Potential Tenant Window
The Potential Tenant Window makes pre-entering the information on the potential tenant a breeze.
- Enter as much information as you can reasonably obtain. The more you enter now the faster a future move in will be.
- Select the method by which the potential tenant has contacted the facility. The options available are:
- Phone Call
- Select the type of unit(s) the potential tenant is interested in from the dropdown lists. The content of the dropdown lists is dependent on each facility’s unit mix.
- If the potential tenant would like to schedule an appointment at a later date the user may enter it here. On that date the event will appear in that day’s Pending Tasks.
